Jennifer Allen

Jennifer Allen has been with the Altman Real Estate family just shy of 10 years, having joined the company in 2014 as a Concierge Agent. Jennifer, having being born in Scotland, migrated to Canada when she was 7 years old, then migrated to Barbados at the age of 22. Her multi-cultural background coupled with her years of experience in the restaurant/food & beverage industry make her a favorite among guests as she highlights the absolute best of Barbados. Jen has a keen eye for detail and a unique perspective of Barbados, having once been a visitor herself. She is able to connect with guests both through their eyes and that of a local, and never disappoints in her recommendations or service. When Jen is not tailoring specific activity packages for guests to make their stays as stress-free and exciting as possible, she enjoys yacht racing, practicing pilates and partying like a rock star.
